Bashayer El Shorbagy Farms is one of the projects of the Egyptian United Holding Company for Agricultural Development, which is the largest agricultural developer in Egypt and was established in 2006.

The project is considered the largest palm cultivation project in Egypt ever in the Farafra Oasis, on an area of 90 thousand acres, with more than 2 million palm trees in the project, with total actual investments exceeding 10 billion pounds.
